Business Law

In this course students will be introduced to the legal system and how it effects businesses. This course is designed to give up-to-date coverage for traditional business law topics. This course stresses legal principles essential to everyday life. The topics covered are: understanding the "why" and "what" of law understanding special laws, making binding agreements, contracts, credit, sales contracts for minors, and laws for the business firms. The course will include guest speakers and mock trials.
